1. Who we are

MaxFoster Global (“MaxFoster Global”, “MFG”, “we”, “us”) is an HR and organisational development consultancy with offices in Dubai and Islamabad. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy, which is collected through maxfosterglobal.com and its online assessments.

We process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data where you allow it:

• Enquiries: your name, organisation, role, country, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your delivery preference, and your message.
• C-Me psychometric assessment: your name, email address, organisation or institution, role or title, the purpose of taking the assessment, your ranked responses to each assessment frame, and the profile scores calculated from them.
• Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type. See our Cookie Policy.
• Correspondence: any information you include when you email or call us.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss or deliver our services.
• To score your C-Me assessment and provide you with your assessment report.
• For demographic analysis of assessment results: we analyse C-Me results by demographic and professional characteristics (such as role, organisation type, location, and assessment purpose) to understand patterns across candidate groups, benchmark results, and improve the quality and fairness of our assessments. Research findings are reported in aggregate, and individuals are not identified in them.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it, where you have consented to analytics cookies.
• To keep our website and services secure, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent: when you complete the C-Me assessment (including our demographic analysis of results) and when you accept non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
• Steps you ask us to take: when you send an enquiry or ask us to provide a service.
• Legal obligations and legitimate business needs: for record-keeping, security, and the defence of legal claims, where permitted by law.

5. Who we share information with

• Service providers who host our website, deliver our email, and provide analytics (such as Google), acting on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations.
• The organisation that invited you, if you complete an assessment as part of a recruitment, selection, or development programme run for that organisation. We will make this clear when you are invited.
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

We operate from the UAE and Pakistan, and some of our service providers store data in other countries. When personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we take steps required by applicable law to make sure it remains protected, such as contractual safeguards.

7. How long we keep information

• Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we enter into a working relationship.
• C-Me assessments: identifiable assessment records are kept for up to 36 months so we can provide and discuss your report. After that, we delete your identifying details or anonymise the record. Anonymised results may be kept for demographic research and benchmarking.
• Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

8. How we protect information

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to assessment data on a need-to-know basis, and confidentiality obligations for our staff and service providers.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete your data or restrict how we use it;
• object to processing, including the use of your assessment data for demographic analysis;
• withdraw your consent at any time; and
• complain to the relevant data protection authority, such as the UAE Data Office.

10. Children

Our website and assessments are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the consent of a parent, guardian, or sponsoring institution.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Where changes are significant, we will highlight them on this page.
